Flexible Management

Almost all management systems are based on a classical model for human resource in which the organization has rigid plans with some vacancies, then looking for qualified persons to fill the vacancies. However, this model is not fully applicable to higher education systems, where enrollment of students is not based on their real potentials. Students enroll in university based a prejudice about their desirable discipline, then continuing this premature idea. The real dusty of a modern university is assist student to find their ways. This is no necessarily within the official and formal frameworks of education.

This is the so-called flexible management in which the management team explores potentials within the organization. This models applies to almost all types of organizations, but is more important for community-based organizations like student activities.
